New cancer drug combo trial seeks to control advanced tumors
NCT ID NCT07241936
Summary
This trial is testing whether combining a drug called sirolimus with several newer antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) is safe and effective for people with advanced solid tumors that have spread or can't be removed by surgery. Researchers will enroll about 444 patients to find the best dose and see how well the combinations work. The main goals are to check for side effects and determine the most effective dose for future studies.
