First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tested a medicine called ADV7103 in children and adults with distal renal tubular acidosis (dRTA), a rare kidney condition that causes too much acid in the blood. The goal was to see if ADV7103 could prevent dangerous acid buildup better than a placebo. Only 3 people enrolled before the study was stopped early, so results are limited.
