Can a website help seniors feel better and live healthier?
NCT ID NCT07489170
Summary
This study is testing whether a web-based program called the Adult Wellbeing CheckUp (AWC) helps adults aged 60 and older improve their overall wellbeing and take more actions to support healthy aging. About 500 participants, including older adults and people caring for someone with Alzheimer's or dementia, will be randomly assigned to either use the personalized AWC platform or receive general healthy aging information for 6 months. Researchers will compare the two groups to see if the interactive program leads to better health engagement, more healthy actions, and improved wellbeing scores.
