Summary
This study aimed to find the right dose and check the safety of a drug called calaspargase pegol for adults aged 22 and older with a specific type of newly diagnosed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). The trial was designed in two parts, first confirming the dose and then treating more participants. The main goals were to monitor side effects and see how the drug behaved in the body, while also tracking treatment success and survival.
