Hormone-Immuno combo takes on advanced lung cancer

Summary
This study tests whether combining a hormone therapy (leuprorelin) with an immunotherapy drug (sintilimab) can help control advanced lung cancer in men aged 60 and older. The goal is to see if the hormone treatment boosts the immune system to make the immunotherapy work better. About 80 participants will be enrolled to measure tumor shrinkage and immune cell changes.
