New cell therapy injection enters final testing for severe eczema

NCT ID NCT07377838

Summary

This study is testing whether an experimental injection called ADSTEM can help control moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) in adults. Researchers will compare ADSTEM against a placebo injection in 286 participants whose eczema hasn't responded well to standard treatments. The main goal is to see if the treatment significantly clears skin and reduces eczema severity over 24 weeks.
