Massive 5,000-Person study aims to perfect test for hidden cause of high blood pressure

Summary
This large national study is investigating a specialized vein sampling procedure used to diagnose a hormone-related cause of high blood pressure. It will follow 5,000 patients to see if using this test to guide treatment leads to better long-term heart health and blood pressure control. The goal is to standardize the procedure and understand how it affects patient outcomes over time.
