First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study looks at how the body handles oxidative stress in people with early-stage autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). Researchers will measure markers of damage and antioxidant activity in blood and urine, and use MRI to measure kidney size. The goal is to find new biomarkers that could help track or treat the disease earlier. About 40 participants aged 18-30 with ADPKD and good kidney function will take part.
