Summary
This study aims to learn more about how different versions of the PKD1 gene affect people with autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). Researchers are observing about 400 people with ADPKD to see how common different gene variants are and what health characteristics are linked to each one. The study does not test any treatments; it is purely for gathering information to help guide future research.
