NCT ID NCT07181265

Summary

This early-stage study aims to understand how a new experimental drug for a genetic kidney disease (ADPKD) interacts with two common medications: amiodarone (for heart rhythm) and febuxostat (for gout). Researchers will give all three drugs to 48 healthy Chinese volunteers to measure how the body processes them together. The goal is to gather safety data before testing the new drug in people who actually have the kidney disease.
