First seen Feb 21, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 12 times
Summary
This study is for people with liver cancer who have had surgery to remove their tumor but are at high risk of the cancer returning. Researchers want to see if adding a procedure called TACE (which delivers chemotherapy directly to the liver) after surgery can help keep the cancer away longer. About 442 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either TACE or just regular follow-up care. The main goal is to compare how long each group stays cancer-free.
