Summary

This study tests whether adding a PD-1 inhibitor (a type of immunotherapy) after standard microwave ablation can help prevent early-stage liver cancer from returning. About 200 adults with early liver cancer who have no signs of remaining tumor after ablation will receive the drug. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long patients stay cancer-free.
