First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving standard chemotherapy (doxorubicin and trabectedin) after surgery can help people with early-stage uterine leiomyosarcoma stay cancer-free longer. About 48 adults who had their tumor fully removed will receive the drugs and be monitored for side effects and recurrence. The goal is to see if this approach improves outcomes for those at high risk of relapse.
