Adrenal cancer trial tests best Post-Surgery combo to stop return

Summary
This study is for people with a rare adrenal gland cancer that has a high chance of coming back after surgery. It compares two treatments given after surgery: mitotane alone versus mitotane plus chemotherapy (cisplatin and etoposide). The goal is to see which approach better prevents the cancer from returning. About 240 adults with stage I-III adrenal cancer will take part.
