New program aims to bridge gap in ADHD care for minority families
NCT ID NCT04591951
Summary
This study is developing and testing a program called I2-ART, which uses trained 'family navigators' to help Latinx and African American families follow through with ADHD treatments for their children. The goal is to improve how consistently kids receive recommended medications or behavioral therapy. Researchers are working with families, clinicians, and navigators to design the program and see if it helps families start and stick with treatment plans.
