Summary

This study looks at whether Adderall XR (mixed amphetamine salts) can reduce ADHD symptoms in children and teens aged 8–18 who have both autism and ADHD. Over 10 weeks, participants receive either the drug or a placebo, and undergo brain scans to see how the medication affects brain activity. The goal is to better understand treatment effects in this group.
