New study tests which counseling approach helps kids with ADHD thrive
NCT ID NCT07379359
Summary
This study aims to find out which type of counseling works better for children aged 9-12 with ADHD: a group skills training program or individual sessions. About 100 children will be randomly assigned to one of the programs, which focus on improving emotional control, social skills, and problem-solving. Parents, teachers, and the children themselves will report on changes in behavior and well-being after the 5-week programs.
