Summary
This study is testing whether a new therapy program called ADHD&me can help improve self-esteem in young people aged 16-25 who have ADHD. Participants will be randomly assigned to either start the therapy right away or be placed on a waitlist for eight weeks. The therapy involves seven individual sessions and aims to help participants develop a more positive view of themselves as they transition to adulthood.
