Summary
This study aimed to see if a long-acting ADHD medication, taken in the evening, could safely help control symptoms in very young children aged 4 to 5. It compared two doses of the drug to a placebo over three weeks. The goal was to manage the condition, not cure it, by reducing daily symptoms like inattention and hyperactivity.
