Summary
This study tests a cognitive behavioral therapy program called ADHD&me for youth aged 16-25 with ADHD and low self-esteem. Participants either receive seven therapy sessions immediately or after an 8-week wait. The goal is to see if the program improves self-esteem and reduces anxiety, depression, and stress.
