Summary
This study tests a program called ADHD&me for people aged 16 to 25 with ADHD who have low self-esteem. The program uses talk therapy to help them see themselves in a more positive light. Participants are randomly assigned to start the program right away or wait 8 weeks. The goal is to see if self-esteem improves and if those gains last over time.
