Summary
This study aims to understand how six different 15-minute relaxation techniques affect the brain and body of a single female adult who has both ADHD and stable bipolar disorder. The techniques include light exercise, breathing, aromatherapy, music, virtual reality, and tapping. Researchers will measure brain waves, heart rate, stress, and memory before and after each session to see which methods might be most helpful for future research.
