New drug duo takes on advanced cancers

Summary
This study tests a new drug called ADG126 combined with an existing immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) in people with advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors. About 186 adults with various solid cancers will take part.
