Summary
This study aims to understand the connection between specific signs of adenomyosis seen on an ultrasound and the severity of symptoms like pain and heavy bleeding. It will enroll 1000 pre- and perimenopausal women, both with and without symptoms, who are already scheduled for a routine gynecological ultrasound. This is an observational study, meaning there is no treatment or intervention; participants will simply have their standard ultrasound and fill out a questionnaire about their symptoms.
