Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs (adebrelimab and oral etoposide) in 47 elderly or frail patients with advanced small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if the treatment can slow cancer growth and control the disease. Participants must be 65 or older, or have poor physical health, and meet specific medical criteria.
