First seen Mar 19, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding two experimental drugs (adebrelimab and SHR-8068) to standard chemoradiation helps shrink locally advanced rectal cancer before surgery. About 165 adults aged 18-75 with resectable tumors who haven't had prior treatment will participate. The main goal is to see if the cancer completely disappears after treatment.
