First seen Dec 29, 2025 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug pomalidomide to standard chemotherapy can improve outcomes for people newly diagnosed with a specific type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) linked to prior blood disorders. About 50 adults will be randomly assigned to receive either the standard chemo alone or the chemo plus pomalidomide. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to more complete remissions.
