New cancer drug enters first human trials for Tough-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This is the first study in humans testing an experimental cancer drug called ADCE-B05 for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. Researchers will give the drug at different doses to 180 participants to find the highest safe amount and see if it helps shrink tumors. The main goals are to check for side effects and determine if the drug shows any promise against cancer.
