First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study looks at people with early-stage lung cancer who had surgery and have no detectable tumor DNA in their blood. Half will get standard follow-up care, and the other half will have regular DNA tests and imaging instead of immediate extra treatment. The goal is to see if this DNA-guided approach can safely reduce the use of chemotherapy or radiation without harming outcomes.
