Summary

This trial is testing a pill called adagrasib for people with advanced lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. It focuses on patients who are 70 or older or who are in poorer health, groups often left out of other studies. The main goal is to see if the pill shrinks tumors and is safe for these patients to take.
