First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining a targeted drug (adagrasib) with precise radiation (SRS) can better control brain metastases in people with a specific type of lung cancer (KRAS G12C-mutated NSCLC). About 30 adults with untreated brain tumors will receive both treatments. The main goal is to see how many patients have their brain tumors shrink or stop growing after 3 months.
