Summary
This study tests a daily pill called adagrasib in 68 patients with advanced lung cancer that has a specific KRAS mutation. It focuses on people aged 70 or older, or those with poor physical health, who have already tried other treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and control the disease, while monitoring side effects.
