First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 09, 2026 · Updated 41 times

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of three drugs (adagrasib, cetuximab, and cemiplimab) can help control metastatic colorectal cancer in people whose tumors have a specific KRAS G12C mutation. About 31 adults who have already tried at least one prior treatment will receive the drug combo. The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also seeing if the tumors shrink or stop growing.
