New freezing therapy aims to tame dangerous heart rhythms

Summary

This study tests a new freezing system to treat ventricular tachycardia, a fast and potentially dangerous heart rhythm. About 130 adults who need this procedure will be enrolled. The goal is to see if the freezing treatment can stop the abnormal rhythm for at least 6 months without causing serious side effects.
