Summary

This study looks at whether people with a certain gene change (IL-4Ra R576) have more severe eczema. Researchers will measure skin symptoms, immune markers, and skin bacteria in 111 participants aged 6 to 65. No new treatment is given—the goal is to better understand why some people have worse disease.
