Scientists test how body handles new cholesterol pill
NCT ID NCT07152873
Summary
This early-stage study aims to understand how the body processes and tolerates two versions of a new drug candidate, AD-117, designed for mixed cholesterol problems. It will involve 60 healthy adult volunteers who will take single doses of the drug under fed conditions. The main goal is to measure the drug's levels in the blood over time and check for safety, not to treat any disease.
