First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a new drug, ACY-1215, combined with either ibrutinib or idelalisib in people whose chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) has returned after prior treatment. The main goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination helps control the disease. Only 3 participants were enrolled, so results are very preliminary.
