Summary

This study looks at whether new guidelines for treating sudden, severe stomach pain (acute abdomen) can help patients in Zambia. Researchers will train healthcare workers and compare hospital stays between two sites. About 280 adults with non-traumatic stomach pain will take part. The goal is to see if the guidelines lead to faster recovery and better care.
