Ancient needles meet modern medicine: can acupuncture supercharge cancer treatment?
NCT ID NCT06461338
Summary
This study is testing whether adding acupuncture to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy helps people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to receive either real acupuncture or a sham (fake) acupuncture treatment during their first four treatment cycles. Researchers will measure if the combination helps control the cancer longer, improves survival, and enhances quality of life.
