Summary

This study looked at whether adding a special acupuncture treatment to a short mindfulness program helps reduce stress and improve health in active-duty military and veterans. 86 participants were split into two groups: one got acupuncture plus mindfulness, the other got mindfulness alone. Researchers measured stress levels and sleep quality to see if the combination worked better.
