First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study looked at whether adding a special acupuncture treatment to a short mindfulness program could help active-duty military and veterans feel less stressed. 86 people took part, with one group getting acupuncture plus mindfulness and the other just mindfulness. The goal was to see if the combination improved stress and overall health more than mindfulness alone.
