Summary
This study tests a new, intensive acupuncture method for people with long-term neck and shoulder pain. 78 adults will be split into two groups: one gets standard acupuncture, the other gets the intensive method. Researchers will measure pain, neck movement, and shoulder function to see if the new approach works better.
