Summary
This study tested whether traditional manual acupuncture or modern electroacupuncture works better for sudden neck pain caused by cervical spondylosis (neck arthritis). 124 adults with recent neck pain received 10 daily treatments along with neck exercises. Researchers measured pain levels and neck movement to see which approach provided more relief.
