Summary
This small study tested whether acupuncture can reduce nasal congestion in people with allergic rhinitis (hay fever). Eleven adults received either acupuncture or a standard nasal spray for 6 weeks. The goal was to see if acupuncture offers a safe, side-effect-free option for stuffy noses.
