Summary

This study tests whether a specific type of acupuncture (five shu point) can improve sleep in people with insomnia linked to a Heart-Spleen Deficiency pattern. About 46 adults who have not used sleep aids for at least two weeks will be randomly assigned to receive either real or sham acupuncture. The main goal is to see if sleep quality and related symptoms get better over 28 days.
