Summary

This small, completed study tested whether adding a specific type of acupuncture (GB34) to standard medical treatment could help patients with mild gallbladder inflammation. It involved 30 hospitalized patients and measured if the acupuncture reduced their pain, lowered their need for painkillers, and improved other signs of recovery.
