Needles for ED: can ancient practice help modern men?

NCT ID NCT07324148

Summary

This study tests whether acupuncture can improve erectile dysfunction in men with chronic pelvic pain syndrome. Researchers will enroll 100 men aged 18-50 to receive either real or sham acupuncture treatments over 8 weeks. The study aims to optimize the acupuncture approach after previous research showed it helped pain and urinary symptoms but not sexual function.
