Can tiny needles soothe dry eyes after facial paralysis?

Summary

This study tests if intradermal acupuncture can improve dry eye symptoms in people with long-term facial paralysis. About 78 adults will get either real acupuncture or a placebo needle for 4 weeks. The main goal is to see if the treatment reduces eye discomfort scores significantly.
