First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study tests whether gentle electrical stimulation on acupoints or acupressure can reduce nerve pain, numbness, and tingling caused by chemotherapy in children with leukemia. About 132 children aged 8-17 will receive either one of these treatments or standard care for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if these non-drug approaches improve symptoms, movement, and quality of life.
