NCT ID NCT07235371

First seen Nov 19, 2025 · Last updated Apr 20, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a gentle, non-invasive electrical stimulation therapy applied to specific acupoints can help women regain normal bladder function after major surgery for cervical cancer. The goal is to reduce the need for urinary catheters and improve recovery. Researchers will compare the real stimulation therapy to a sham (fake) treatment in 76 participants to see if it helps empty the bladder more completely.
